Visited a couple of projects near Bahlolpur last week, including a Parsvnath site. Honestly, negotiation feels like a myth now; builders barely budge, maybe 1-2% if you're lucky. Everyone focuses on the base price, but the real killer is the hidden charges later. My possession was in March, and things like IFMS, club membership, and maintenance advance added Lakhs. It's not just stamp duty. It's almost impossible to calculate the true all-in cost upfront. Should we just assume an extra 15-20% on top of the quoted price? Change my mind.

Totally agree! My deal in Alpha I Greater Noida also had so many hidden costs. Builder ne toh bas base price dikhaya tha aur baad mein itne charges laga diye. It's a total scam sometimes.
