Okay I'll be honest – I didn't expect so many hidden charges. PLC matlab what exactly? They told me ₹50,000 for 'prime location', but it's the same as others. I'm selling my old house, and abhi yeh sab dekhna pad raha hai. Anyone else faced this? What did you do?
