Totally agree! Bangalore mein builders ka ye hidden charges wala game bahut frustrating hai. I'm also looking in the Bellandur area, and every time I get a quote, I feel like they're holding back information. Royal Indraprastha ka toh suna hai, they're decent, but still, you never know kya extra daal denge. Mera budget already tight hai, upar se ye sab tension.
