Hidden charges post-possession: am I alone in this?

Just got possession of my 3BHK in ACE Parkway, Sector 150, last month. Honestly, the final bill for hidden charges was a massive shock. PLC, EDC, registry fees, maintenance deposits – sab milake itna extra lag gaya, matlab, almost ₹5-6L upar se! Brochure mein toh itna clear nahi tha, bas small print mein likha tha. Ab andar dekho toh construction quality bhi... living room mein plaster cracks dikh rahe hain already, aur bathroom fittings bhi thode loose hain. Yeh toh sahi nahi hai after paying almost ₹1.2 Cr for a flat. I'm wondering if Gaursons or ATS projects also have these kind of post-possession issues? Yaar, log bolte the inki quality better hoti hai. Did anyone else face such a surprise with extra costs or instant quality problems with their builder in Noida Extension? What did you do to resolve them?
