Hidden charges post-possession, what next?

Just moved into my 2BHK in the RERA Approved Projects corridor last month. Builder ne final OC ke time itne extra charges maange, totally unexpected! 1.1 Cr ka flat tha, but now total cost 1.15 Cr ho gaya. Brochure mein toh kuch nahi likha tha. Anyone else face this hidden cost issue after possession?
