Honestly, Shubh Homes Buildcon ke Sector 32 project mein floor-rise premium aur PLC ne dimag kharab kar diya hai. Base price ₹78L hai, but 10th floor aur park-facing ka ₹5L extra bol rahe hain. Is it really worth it? Yaar, itna difference kyun? Has anyone found value in paying for these in Greater Noida?
