Since moving into my VK And Sons Infratech flat in Sector 102 last month, I'm genuinely surprised by the actual all-in cost. The quoted price for my 3BHK was around ₹1.8 Cr, but after stamp duty, registration, and these unexpected 'utility connection charges' during possession, it crossed ₹2 Cr easily. Builders hardly mention these things upfront, right? Has anyone else faced such hidden charges post-possession in Gurgaon? Mujhe laga I budgeted well, but this was a shock.
