Hidden costs after possession in Gurugram: What builders won't tell you

Dwarka Expressway projects ka hype toh bohot hai, but I'm really worried about the actual hidden charges. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa around Sector 102-108. Builders like M3M and Emaar ke projects dekh raha hoon. Par suna hai possession ke time bohot extra costs nikalte hain – PLC, EDC, maintenance deposit, sab ekdum se aa jaata hai. Mera budget ₹2.5 Cr ke aas paas hai, itna extra load nahi le sakta. Last time bhi I got some surprises. Kya ye builders sach mein itna inflate karte hain final amount? Yaar, is it just me, or have others faced this with Godrej or DLF too? Kaise plan karun for these unexpected expenses? Any advice on which builder is more transparent with the total cost till OC?
