Hidden costs after pre-launch deals

Possession pe itne hidden charges aaye, I'm surprised. Just moved into my Aerocity 2BHK. Builder ne pre-launch discount bola tha. Is early-bird deal worth it, ya bas marketing hype Chandigarh mein? Kisi aur ko bhi laga kya?

Totally relate! I bought in Aerocity too, and the final bill was shocking. IFMS, club membership, power backup, even parking space charges were added at possession time. Yeh pre-launch discount bas aankhon ka dhokha hai. It felt like I was paying for everything twice.
