What's the real story with construction quality for ATS or Godrej in Noida Extension? Just got possession of my 3BHK, facing some finishing issues. Also, were there any huge hidden charges nobody mentioned at handover?

Just got possession of my 3BHK in ATS Pristine, Noida Extension, and already feeling a bit uneasy. The finishing work, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen, seems rushed and low quality. Not what I expected after paying so much! Plus, when it came to handover, there were a couple of 'miscellaneous' charges that were never clearly explained during booking.
