Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – I just took possession of my new flat in Delhi last month. The registry process was quite frustrating, and I'm still dealing with some unexpected costs. Has anyone experienced significant hidden charges appearing only at possession, like extra PLC or maintenance deposits, especially in New Delhi? My builder added a hefty club membership fee last minute. Also, registry ke liye kitni visits lagi aapko? I'm curious about the unofficial demands people sometimes mention. Is this common for Delhi projects?
