I'm looking at a 2BHK in Safdarjung Enclave, considering resale options because new launches from Tricone seem to have so many extras. What's a realistic percentage to budget beyond the property price for stamp duty, registration, and basic interiors? Honestly, I had no idea it'd be this much. Any advice on managing these hidden charges?

Totally relate yaar! I was looking at a 1BHK in Alaknanda and the hidden costs almost made me drop the plan. For stamp duty and registration in Delhi, it's roughly 6-7% of the property value. Basic interiors can add another 5-10% depending on what you're doing. It's a huge dent!
