Closing on my flat in Jaypee Pavilion Court Royale, Noida Extension soon. I'm finding new charges for PLC and club membership appearing now, which weren't detailed earlier. Did others face unexpected costs right at possession? Wondering if this is typical or if I should push back on these. Any advice?
