Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme for a 2BHK near Mayfield Garden. Builders like GTM quote one price, but then add so many hidden costs. Negotiation kitni effective hoti hai Sohna mein? Log bolte hain flat 5-10% off mil jaata hai, is it true? Ya sirf paperwork mein chupa dete hain charges?

Bhai, this is too real! GTM ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend also got stuck with them near Badshahpur. They promised possession in 2022, abhi tak kuch nahi. Hidden costs toh standard practice ho gayi hai. Did you manage to get out of the deal or are you still stuck?
Totally agree! Hidden charges are the worst. Builders just play with numbers and scare first-time buyers.
