Everyone glorifies the 'premium feel' but nobody talks about the hidden costs. Matlab, advertised rate aur actual payment mein kitna farak hota hai? And carpet area efficiency? Seems like builders just play with super built-up. Ansal API ka track record kaisa hai in terms of actual usable space? Ya phir bas brochure mein hi bada lagta hai? Okay, I'll say what no one says – sometimes the 'trusted' builders are just better at marketing. Change my mind.
