Hidden costs buyers only discover after possession

₹95 lakh for my 3BHK in Knowledge Park 3 seemed okay, but the all-in costs after possession were a shock. Just moved into my Capital Infratechomes flat last month, and suddenly there's a huge maintenance deposit, plus club membership fees I wasn't told about. Even extra power backup installation charges popped up. It felt like things nobody tells you until it's too late. I thought stamp duty and registration were the main extras. Did I miss something big during my agreement stage? Has anyone else faced these kinds of surprise charges in Noida? Is this normal?
