Hidden costs buyers only discover after possession
Krishna Kunj keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Just moved into my 2BHK here a couple of months back, possession was in March, and honestly, I'm still figuring things out. The brochure promised ample parking, but it's a daily battle for guests, and even for a second car sometimes. Is it just my society or is this common around Rajkot, especially near 150 Feet Ring Road? Also, the maintenance charges feel a bit steep for what we're getting. Our RWA seems to be finding its feet, not sure if they're effective yet. What are others' experiences with maintenance and RWA effectiveness in Krishna Kunj specifically? Are there any unexpected or hidden costs people discovered after moving in that I should look out for? Things nobody told me during the buying process.

Yaar, parking ka issue toh common hai. Humara bhi same haal hai, especially guest parking toh nightmare hai. Rajkot mein, 150 feet Ring Road ke paas waale projects mein yeh problem bahut suni hai. Builder bolte kuch hain, delivery kuch aur hoti hai.
