Hidden charges at possession are the real scam, not just project delays. Everyone glorifies Godrej for their brand name, but I've heard stories about their maintenance deposits and PLC charges in Sector 150 projects. EMI vs rent math kar raha hoon, finally fed up of renting. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Noida Extension, budget around ₹70L. ATS ki construction quality kaafi log accha bolte hain, but do they also spring up these unexpected costs after booking? Gaursons ka kya scene hai? My friend said unke projects mein finishing issues aate hain, but hidden charges kam hote hain. Not sure if that's true ya bas rumour hai. Also, post-possession maintenance charges kiske reasonable rehte hain? I need honest experiences. Change my mind.

Totally relatable! Bhai, Godrej ka toh sabko pata hai, but ATS par bhi doubt? I was seriously considering a 2BHK in ATS Pristine, Noida Extension. ₹70L ke budget mein accha option lag raha tha. Ab kya karein? Yeh hidden charges ka sunke aur darr lag raha hai.
