Visited a few 3BHKs in Block B last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading. Projects like Gaursons looked decent, but prices for a good 3BHK are pushing ₹1.2 Cr. Is the investment potential strong for 3-5 years with Jewar coming up? Or are we paying a premium now? What's day-to-day life really like? Any hidden issues with water supply or power cuts? Already have a home loan, so this upgrade needs to make sense for ROI.

Yaar, Gaursons Block B mein 1.2 Cr for a 3BHK? Bahut high lag raha hai. I'm also looking to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 78, but this price point feels like we're already paying a premium. Hidden costs toh baad mein aate hi hain. Builder sales team toh sab acha dikhati hai, but real picture kya hai?
