₹50,000 ka repair bill aa gaya Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein mere 2BHK ka, possession ke 6 mahine ke andar. Seepage, fittings loose, kitchen counter mein hairline cracks. Builder ne jo quality dikhai thi site visit pe, woh toh bilkul nahi mili. Matlab, as an investor, tenant ko kya bolunga? Resale value bhi down hoti hai aise issues se. Yaar, amenities bhi sirf brochure mein achhi lagti hain, clubhouse aur gym hardly koi use karta hai. Is it worth paying premium for these ghost amenities? Sach mein samajh nahi aa raha, construction quality aur actual delivered amenities ka long-term ROI pe kitna impact aata hai. Has anyone else faced this kind of post-possession shock?

₹50k repair bill? That's a huge hit for a 2BHK in that price range (₹29-30 L). Maine suna tha Ansal ke projects mein finishing issues aate hain, but itna jaldi? Kya builder ne warranty claim accept nahi kiya?
Bhai, totally relate! Ansal Aastha ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Meri cousin ne bhi same issues face kiye hain.
