Bhai, you are asking all the right questions! Hidden costs are a nightmare. Mera ek friend Akshayanagar mein ek flat liya tha, builder ne possession ke time par amenity charges aur maintenance deposit ke naam pe lakhon extra maang liye. Be very careful with the fine print.
