Why do builders in Noida hide charges till the very last minute? Just moved into my 3BHK in ATS Sector 150 last month. Possession was in March, and the final bill had so many extra charges – like a 'development fee' and unexpected maintenance deposits. It added a good ₹1.5L to my budget. Also, construction quality... already seeing small plaster cracks and some seepage issues. Builder ka customer support ab toh phone bhi nahi uthata for these snags. Did anyone with Godrej Properties or Mahagun projects in Sector 107/78 face similar post-possession issues? Not sure if this is normal for everyone. What's the best way to tackle these? Any advice on getting these fixed without a fight?

1.5L extra is a huge hit! Is this even legal? Don't builders have to disclose all charges upfront as per RERA?
OMG! This is exactly what I'm dreading. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Godrej Sector 107 and they just gave me a quote. Are these 'hidden charges' really unavoidable? My budget is already stretched thin.
