Kya deal final ki, ya abhi negotiation chal rahi hai?
Aur haan, U9, legal fees aur loan processing charges bhi hote hain. Log bhool jaate hain woh sab. Builder ke lawyer se bhi cross-check kar lena agreement terms, bohot fine print hota hai. Don't rush into signing anything.
U9, Interior toh alag se poora ek project hai! Builders bas structure dikhate hain, finishing mein poora budget kha jata hai.
Schools ke liye Clover Park area undoubtedly achha hai, kaafi reputed schools hain wahan. But property rates abhi Pune mein kafi high hain, especially for a 3BHK. Kya aapne per sqft rate pooncha? Aur builder ne carpet area quote kiya hai ya super built-up? Yeh bhi ek big hidden cost factor hota hai.
Sahi kaha, U6. Humne bhi Ambegaon Budruk mein ghar liya, school ke paas. But fir builder ne super built-up area pe pricing kar di aur carpet area pe 20% ka difference aa gaya. Hidden cost nahi toh aur kya hai yeh? School fees bhi consider karna important hai, long-term expense hai woh.
U6, Clover Park mein 8000-9500/sqft chal raha hai minimum for good projects. Bahut mehenga ho gaya hai.

Haan, U3, main bhi Abhinav Rainbow ke ek project mein phas gaya tha Amanora Park Town ke paas. Possession 6 mahine delay hua aur fir maintenance deposit itna manga ki budget hil gaya. School fees ka bhi dhyan rakhna padta hai, woh bhi har saal badhti hain. Builder ke promises pe mat jaana, sab written mein lena. Mera experience toh theek nahi raha unke saath.
U3, Abhinav Rainbow ki RERA details check kar lo online. Maine suna hai unka Clover Park mein hi ek project 8-10 mahine late hua tha. Always cross-verify the RERA possession date with the actual one.
