Hidden costs buyers only discover after possession

Hidden charges from some builders in Noida Extension are a complete rip-off. I work in real estate, but M3M's hidden PLC and maintenance deposits for my Sector 150 unit were a shock at possession. An extra ₹5-7L! Did Godrej or ATS pull similar stunts? What was your experience?

Yaar, this is exactly my biggest fear as a first-time buyer. ₹5-7L is a massive amount post-possession! It feels like they bait you with a good base price and then just add on. I'm looking at properties near Alpha I Greater Noida, and now I'm super paranoid about this. Kya karein?
