Manohar Singh and Company? Bhai, be very careful. I heard stories about their project near Manimajra a few years back. Delays, quality issues, and then they hit buyers with maintenance charges that were never disclosed. Negotiate hard, but more importantly, get EVERYTHING in writing. Don't trust verbal commitments, especially with these big builders. What project specifically are you looking at in 34B?
