New Delhi's property scene is ridiculous with hidden costs. We're eyeing Uttam Uttam Homes 6 for a 3BHK. The total cost of ownership feels so unclear. Are advertised prices even real? Bhai, totally agree! Builders show one price, but by possession, it's 20% higher. Uttam Uttam Homes 6 ka naam sunke hi darr lag raha hai, suna hai unke pehle projects mein bhi delays aur extra costs the. My wife is also worried about our kids' school budget getting hit. The advertised prices for new projects in Anand Niketan also feel unrealistic, like they're just baiting you in.
