From my experience, builders like Vivacity Creators lowball the initial estimates, then hit you with extra charges later. I'm seeing maintenance deposits, club memberships, and parking fees adding a huge chunk to the overall cost. My ROI calculations went totally off. And what about the corpus fund? Is it worth fighting these charges or just accepting them? Also, considering the Jewar airport impact, is New Noida really worth the premium now?
