Bohut common hai yeh, har builder karta hai. Agreement mein chote letters mein likha hota hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho, bhai. Mere friend ko bhi Dream Kraft ne Alistonia Estate mein phasaaya tha. Final bill mein itne hidden charges the ki dimaag kharab ho gaya. They just added a 'development charge' out of nowhere.
