Fed up of renting, EMI vs rent math is finally clicking, so decided to take the plunge in Bengaluru. VMAKS Builders ke Annaiah Reddy Layout project mein dekha tha, but yaar, these builders are something else. Brochure mein price ek hai, but phir aate hain registration, stamp duty, PLC, parking charges, phir maintenance advance. Matlab, all-in cost kitna zyada ho jaata hai, it's insane. Not sure agar ye hidden charges sirf mujhe hi surprise kar rahe hain ya sabke saath hota hai. How do you guys figure out the *true* total cost beforehand? Any tips to avoid last-minute shocks, especially during possession? Kisi ka experience hai with builders adding random charges just before handover?
