Hidden costs buyers only discover after possession in Brigade Road?
Did a site visit to Brigade Road area last weekend. Honestly, the prices for a 3BHK are really high, like 2 Cr+ for a decent space. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Bellandur and thinking of upgrading, but this premium for Brigade Road, is it really justified? Already have a home loan, so need to be smart. What are the hidden costs or daily struggles people living there only discover after moving in? Parking, for instance. It seems like a massive headache. Is it truly that bad, yaani, do you end up paying extra for parking despite it being 'included'? And the noise, yaar, it's so central. Raat ko bhi shanti milti hai kya? Any residents here jo bata sakein what's the actual vibe? What did you not expect at all? Would love to hear some ground realities. Hope this helps someone else also looking at central Bengaluru.

Sahi kaha, bhai. My friend lives near MG Road and he pays extra for his second car's parking every month. Brigade Road is even
