Hidden costs buyers only discover after possession in Faridabad
Been looking for 8 months now and I'm really confused about Faridabad's Affordable Housing Projects. Initially, I thought these were a great deal, especially in sectors like 89-90. But ab jitna research kar raha hoon, utne red flags dikh rahe hain. Builder delays ka toh sunte hi rehte hain, but I heard about some projects jahan possession ke baad bhi OC nahi mil raha sahi se. That's a huge risk for loans, right? Also, brochure mein jo amenities dikhate hain, real mein kuch aur hi hota hai. Like, extra charges for basic stuff, ya phir common areas ka maintenance issues. Mera ek friend fasa hai aise hi ek project mein. Anyone bought in these Affordable Housing Projects? Kya hidden costs ya issues they jo baad mein pata chale? Honest opinions please, I don't want to make a big mistake.

But then you hear these stories about extra charges for IFMS, club membership, even basic power backup. It's like they hook you with the low base price and then nickel-and-dime you to death. Meri toh budget ki waat lag jayegi agar aisa hua.
