Just moved into my 3BHK in Godrej Properties, Sector 150, last month. Possession was finally in March, after so many delays yaar. My cousin is an NRI, thinking of buying here sight unseen. I'm telling him to be super careful. Builder ka track record aur actual construction quality mein bohot difference hota hai, especially with some issues I've seen. Is it really safe to invest from abroad, especially with all the fraud news? What are the biggest things NRI investors miss when they can't visit regularly, besides site checks?
