What unexpected hidden costs did you guys face after buying a flat in Karkar Duma? I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself, so rely heavily on community feedback. Builder ne toh sab smooth dikhaya but I've heard stories about PLC charges, maintenance increases, ya fir OC/CC issues later on. If I need a property manager, are there reliable options in that area?
