Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I'm in Dubai, can't easily visit. Need ground reality for Noida Extension projects. Okay I'll say what no one says: everyone glorifies fancy amenities in places like Deepak Green Residency, but are they really worth it for an investor? Honestly, I doubt it. Clubhouse and sports facilities, sirf dikhane ke liye hain ya actual use hota hai? Maintenance costs bhi toh add karte hain. Parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Lottery ya reserved? Construction quality for resale is key. Cracks, seepage after a year kill tenant interest, right? Kya ROI justify hota hai? Disagree? Tell me why.
