Just moved into my 3BHK in Sector 56, Parnami Associates ka project. Possession toh mil gayi March mein, but ab lag raha hai kitni cheezein chhupayi thi. Service lift abhi tak non-functional hai, aur RWA ne maintenance charges itne high rakhe hain, jo brochure mein nahi the. Electricity backup ke bhi alag se charges lag rahe hain, bilkul unexpected. Yaar, logon ne kya kiya aise hidden costs ke against? Is it just me, or others also facing these post-possession issues after getting keys?
