Visited a Mantra Properties project in Hadapsar last weekend. They quoted one price for a 2BHK, but then surprise! PLC, floor rise, club house, maintenance advance... it added almost 10L. Honestly, is this normal? Should I have asked for a full breakdown earlier? Feeling so frustrated, like I missed something huge.

The thing is, many of these charges *are* legitimate, like GST, stamp duty, registration. But builders bundle them or disclose them late to make the initial quote look appealing
