Sector 90 — I'm seriously considering a 2BHK there, specifically NM Developers ka project. First time home buyer hoon, toh bahut excited bhi hoon, aur thoda nervous bhi. My budget for the property itself is around ₹78L, but ab samajh nahi aa raha ki real cost kitni hogi. Builder ne toh bas property price bata di. I'm thinking about stamp duty, registration, basic interiors... but what else? Maintenance advance, PLC charges, electrical fittings ka alag se? My parents keep saying 'bahut kharche hote hain', but they can't list specifics. Kya koi hidden costs hain jo log generally nahi batate? What did you guys wish you knew earlier before booking? Kitna extra budget rakhna chahiye beyond the flat price, honestly?
