Hidden costs for a 3BHK in Frazer Town – what nobody tells you
₹1.3 Cr for a 3BHK in Frazer Town – that's what Sri Garudapriya Builders quoted me, but I'm realizing the actual cost is way higher. I initially budgeted for stamp duty and registration, but the breakdown they gave me for an under-construction project was wild. There's PLC, car parking, KPTCL, service connection, maintenance advance, even a corpus fund. It feels like another 15-20% on top of the base price! My budget was around ₹1.2 Cr, so this is a huge jump I hadn't accounted for. Is this normal for Bengaluru? How much did you guys actually end up paying over the base price? Did anyone manage to negotiate these 'fixed' charges down, or am I just stuck with them? Ab samajh nahi aa raha if I'm missing something or if this is just the reality here for first-time buyers.
