I honestly thought buying a flat was just about the property price. Ab pata chal raha hai ki hidden costs kitne zyada hote hain Ghaziabad mein. Stamp duty, registration, interiors... yeh sab add karte-karte mera budget hil gaya hai. Maa Kalka Developers ka ek project Chhapraula mein dekh raha tha. Site visit pe kya-kya cheezein check karni chahiye jo builder nahi batayega? Matlab, kya questions puchne hain? And kitna extra budget rakhna chahiye beyond the flat price?
