My landlord just hiked the rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Ghaziabad. Budget is around 60-70L for a 2BHK, maybe near Raj Nagar Extension or Kamla Nehru Nagar. I'm wondering if price negotiation actually works here? Builders like Pyramid Finmart quote a base price, but how much can you realistically knock off? Also, what about hidden charges? Beyond stamp duty and registration, are there other big costs like PLC or specific possession charges that sneak up? Don't want any surprises when the EMI starts.
