Possession for my Prestige project in Whitefield was finally in March, 6 months past the promised date. Honestly, the biggest shock was the final payment. They hit me with an extra ₹2.5 lakh for some PLC and OC charges that were never clearly mentioned. My 2BHK cost me ₹1.4 Cr, and this felt like a bait-and-switch. Did anyone else face this with Prestige or Brigade? It's frustrating when you budget so carefully.

Totally relate! Prestige ke saath mera bhi same experience raha hai. They always have these hidden charges. My 2BHK in Sarjapur was also delayed, and then a surprise 'infrastructure development charge' popped up. It's so frustrating when you calculate everything down to the last rupee.
