Hidden costs in Ghaziabad left me reeling

NH - 24 Ghaziabad – just moved into my AAPL flat there, possession was in March. Everyone glorifies the initial property price, but nobody talks about the *real* all-in cost. My 2BHK was, like, ₹65L, but after stamp duty, PLC, parking, and these random "utility connection" fees at possession, it shot up. Feels like a total bait and switch. Is this normal, or did I just get scammed? Change my mind.
