Hidden costs in Sector 150 projects – my worry from Dubai

What's the real deal with hidden charges from Godrej or ATS when taking possession in Greater Noida, especially for projects in Sector 150? I'm based in Dubai and can't inspect easily. Is their construction quality actually good after a year? Any RERA issues I should worry about? Trying to avoid surprises.

Totally relate! Main bhi NRI hoon aur yahi tension rehti hai. Mumbai mein ek project mein mera friend फस गया था, last minute pe 5 lakh extra maang liye. Dubai se sab check karna impossible lag

Bhai, hidden charges toh universal hai! Godrej aur ATS, dono hi bade players hain, but possession ke time par maintenance, club membership, IFMS, PLC... list lambi ho sakti hai. Sector 150 mein bhi same scene hai. Dhyan rakhna padega.
