Hidden costs in Sector 56 RWA?

Is Sector 56 actually good for seniors? My kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize. We need something low maintenance, with good hospital access nearby. How are the RWA charges there? Do they manage things well, or are there hidden costs? Just want a peaceful, manageable life.

Sector 56 RWA ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. My friend had a terrible time there with unexpected maintenance hikes. Seniors ke liye low maintenance bolte hain, but hidden costs ka darr rehta hai always. Builder initial offers mein sab cover kar deta hai, but later RWA ki monopoly shuru ho jaati hai. Hospital access toh theek hai, but paisa kitna jayega, woh socho.
