Honestly, I underestimated hidden costs. Looking at a 2BHK in Sector 29, Unnati Fortune Group, budget ₹80L. Builder quotes basic price but then PLC, parking, stamp duty, maintenance... it adds up fast. How to estimate these *before* signing? Is construction-linked payment plan smarter than down payment for an investor? Need advice!
