Visited Ambedkar City last weekend, Good Hill Homes ka ek project dekha tha. Honestly, property search mein na, jo hidden costs hain, woh sabse bada shock factor hai. Builder ne toh sirf base price bata diya, but jab calculations karne baitha, tab pata chala ki stamp duty, registration, maintenance charges, parking fees, PLC... sab milake kaafi zyada ho raha hai. Mera budget tha ₹75L tak, but ab lag raha hai ₹85L tak ja sakta hai. Kya sabka experience aisa hi raha hai? Aur interiors ke liye bhi kitna extra pakad ke chalna chahiye, especially for a 2BHK? Super area aur carpet area ka difference bhi abhi samajh aaya. Kitna budget extra rakhna chahiye for all these 'extras'?

Totally relate! Mera bhi same experience hai. Yeh builders base price kam dikha ke baad mein saare charges add karte hain. It's so frustrating yaar. Mera bhi ₹75L ka budget ₹85L tak ja chuka hai, just like you.
Haan bhai, same experience! Builder ne toh sirf carpet area ka rate bataya tha, super area ka difference baad mein pata chala. Kitna bada game hai yeh!
