Got possession of my Tricone Projects flat near Vipin Garden Extension last month. The final bill hit, full of hidden charges! PLC, parking, society charges... yeh sab extra itna badh gaya. My all-in cost jumped significantly. Did anyone else face this with Tricone or other Delhi builders? How much did your final cost increase from initial estimates?

Bhai, this is too common! Tricone is notorious for this. My cousin bought a flat from them in Dwarka sector 19, same story. They show one price, then add so many 'mandatory' charges later. It's a nightmare for first-time buyers like us who have fixed budgets. Did they at least provide a clear breakdown for these charges?
