Hidden costs nobody mentions in EMI vs rent math

My landlord just hiked rent by 15% for my 2BHK in Sector 150. Fed up of renting, I'm finally looking to buy. But Greater Noida projects ke hidden charges, maintenance costs (even from builders like ATS) are crazy. EMI vs rent analysis seems doubtful. Is buying truly worth it here, ya just keep renting?

Yaar, rent hikes are just insane, right? My landlord also bumped it up by 15% in Sector 150. Buying seems like the only escape from this never-ending cycle.

Haan bhai, same experience. My landlord also increased rent by 10%. Buying is looking like a better option despite the initial pain.
