Hidden costs nobody talks about in Hyderabad home buying

Honestly, I'm fed up of renting, but buying seems like a bigger scam sometimes. Everyone glorifies home ownership, but nobody talks about hidden costs! Salarpuria Sattva in Nanakramguda quoted a price, but PLC, floor rise, parking, OC... sab add ho jaata hai. My ₹1.5 Cr 3BHK budget suddenly feels like ₹2 Cr. It's ridiculous. Change my mind.
