Hidden costs of a Noida 3BHK/villa upgrade
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, but we're thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK or maybe even a villa. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr max. We've seen some M3M and Godrej Properties projects in Sector 150. The price jump from our current place feels huge. Is that premium really justified? With Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway, prices are already high. We already have a home loan, so the EMI on a 3BHK or villa would be massive. Should I consider Noida Extension projects too, like Gaursons or ATS? Not sure if the commute would be worth it long-term. What's the real ground reality for appreciation in these higher segments? Are rental yields actually better for 3BHKs in Sectors 107/150 compared to our 2BHK? Wondering about hidden costs too.
